And now the Biden admin’s secret election scheme has been blown wide open in this new investigation.
The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) has initiated an investigation into a Biden administration program that aims to register voters in Michigan, a crucial swing state. This investigation, launched on Wednesday, was first reported by the journalists over at the Daily Caller.
AFPI is demanding access to documents from the Biden administration concerning the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) voter registration efforts in Michigan. The organization suspects that these efforts might disproportionately benefit Democrats in the upcoming November election. These voter registration activities are part of Executive Order 14019, which mandates federal agencies to create plans promoting voter engagement and participation. This order has raised concerns among some conservatives about the potential use of public funds to favor Democrats in the upcoming general election.
“Based on some of the evidence we’ve seen, there is absolutely cause for concern that the Biden administration’s SBA is targeting certain demographics as part of its partisan voter registration effort,” stated Mike Berry, AFPI’s executive director for litigation, with reporters. He further elaborated that evidence suggests the SBA has a more substantial presence in Michigan counties with higher concentrations of registered Democratic voters, while it is less active in counties with more small businesses and registered Republican voters per capita.
Through a Freedom of Information Act request, AFPI is seeking communications between the White House, SBA, and Michigan officials, as well as documents related to the plan’s implementation, according to a staffer who spoke with the reporters on this story.
Biden White House Coordinating With Leftist and Democrat Organizations Ahead of 2024 Election
The White House has reportedly met with representatives from several left-of-center organizations, such as the American Civil Liberties Union, Campaign Legal Center, the League of Women Voters, and Fair Fight Action, which is affiliated with Stacey Abrams, a Democratic political figure. Internal documents obtained by the Foundation for Government Accountability reveal that these meetings involved discussions on registering newly-naturalized immigrants, advancing voting rights for prisoners, and ensuring voting materials are accessible in multiple languages. Erica Teasley Linnick, from the George Soros-backed Open Society Policy Center, also attended these meetings.
Moreover, internal communications from the Department of the Interior indicated that the Biden administration considered using Native American children to encourage their parents to register to vote ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. Native Americans generally favor the Democratic Party, and their votes have been crucial in securing Democratic victories in certain races.
The SBA’s program in Michigan includes creating a webpage to encourage voter registration and authorizing the agency’s field office to permit Michigan Department of State officials to conduct in-person voter registration at small business outreach events, according to the agency.
AFPI chairwoman Linda McMahon, a former SBA administrator, criticized these efforts, stating, “The SBA’s actions to register voters in Michigan under the guise of small business support are a ridiculous use of resources at best and a violation of the Hatch Act at worst.”
The Hatch Act restricts federal employees from engaging in specific political activities to ensure federal programs are implemented in a nonpartisan manner, according to the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. Congressional Republicans and conservative organizations share McMahon’s concerns that Biden’s executive order might violate this law.
“Executive Order 14019 seems designed to target voters that are more likely to vote Democrat,” Stewart Whitson, legal director for the Foundation for Government Accountability, told the Daily Signal, suggesting it could breach the Hatch Act. “Voter participation means voter mobilization. If federal employees are engaged in getting people to the polls, that is political activity.”
In June, Wisconsin Republican Rep. Bryan Steil, chair of the House Administration Committee, issued subpoenas to 15 Biden Cabinet officials, requesting documents related to their respective agencies’ responses to Biden’s executive order, as reported by Roll Call.
McMahon expressed skepticism about the SBA’s impartiality, stating, “We can hope that the SBA will remain nonpartisan in their voter registration efforts, but given their focus on a swing state like Michigan, we see no guarantee of that. When I served as SBA administrator, our focus was on empowering small businesses and growing our economy — not blatant electioneering.”
Michigan is among several key swing states that both Republican and Democratic strategists expect to be pivotal in determining the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.

Democrats are likely searching for every way to help get their candidates across the finish line this November, especially in the wake of the chaos that has been on full display ever since Joe Biden’s complete dumpster fire of a debate performance against Donald Trump that launched a full-scale civil war within the party.
The question now becomes whether any of their efforts to slightly move the needle here and there will even matter considering Donald Trump and his Republican allies are dominating in the polls. It could be that the Democrats must get Joe Biden to step aside to even remain competitive this year.

As for Donald Trump and the Republicans, they’ve brilliantly let the Democrats completely meltdown without getting in the way. If your opponent is shooting themselves in the foot, why stop them?
