Leftists want to push their insane agenda on Americans. But they don’t take too kindly when anyone gets in their way.

And Democrats are losing their minds after a GOP congressman launches an assault on this radical law.

Top Republican Demands Repeal of Walz’s Radical Trans Sanctuary Law After Horrific Catholic School Shooting

In an exclusive interview with the New York Post, the third-ranking House Republican blasted Minnesota’s dangerous “trans refuge” law, demanding its immediate repeal in the wake of the deadly shooting at a Catholic school in Minneapolis. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer didn’t hold back, pointing fingers at liberal policies that he says fuel mental confusion and tragedy.

“We got to respect everyone. We got to have compassion for everyone. But we got to understand that we’ve got some serious mental health issues that are being exacerbated by these types of messages by people like Tim Walz and everybody who supported that law,” said the congressman.

Emmer, representing hardworking families in the suburbs, pulled no punches about the fallout from these leftist experiments. He argued that instead of helping troubled individuals, these laws push them deeper into despair.

“They should immediately repeal it, but they won’t,” Emmer stated. “They have been encouraging this type of confusion. This poor young man was tortured. He clearly had serious mental health issues and rather than actually helping him, they were actually exacerbating it.”

The controversial 2023 law, rammed through by Democratic Gov. Tim Walz, shields outsiders from facing justice back home if they flock to Minnesota for extreme gender procedures like surgeries or hormone cocktails.

Conservatives have long warned that this sloppy bill opens the door to family destruction, letting activist courts strip parents of their rights if they dare stand against these irreversible changes for their kids.

Emmer went straight to the heart of the issue, exposing how Walz’s sanctuary madness could let kids make life-altering decisions without mom or dad even knowing.

The congressman highlighted the lifelong pain these policies inflict, urging a full stop to the madness before more lives are ruined. “You look at the sadness of these tortured human beings — because they do have regrets later — and no, we should have never started it. It should not be allowed.”

The shooter, Robin Westman—originally born Robert Westman—unleashed horror on innocent children at Annunciation Catholic Church and School, gunning down two kids and injuring 17 others, mostly children, before taking his own life. This act of evil targeted the faithful during their sacred time.

Court records reveal Westman’s troubled path started young, with a name change approved at just 17, a move that raises serious questions about safeguards for minors in Minnesota.

Family ties add another layer of heartbreak: Westman’s mother once served as a secretary at the very school he attacked, retiring a few years back and now living in Florida.

Emmer demanded accountability, insisting that red flags were everywhere and ignored in a system more focused on pushing agendas than saving lives.

“Somebody had to know,” said Emmer. “Somebody in his neighborhood, somebody in his family, somebody in his network, somebody had to know that he had these serious mental health issues and why didn’t someone speak up? Why didn’t somebody offer him some help?”

Westman’s own words, posted in a chilling manifesto on YouTube, expose the regret and self-deception fueled by the trans movement’s relentless propaganda. Videos from the gunman showed his rage against faith, including a diagram of the church stabbed with a knife and ammo clips mocking believers.

Emmer backed a full FBI probe into this as an assault on Catholics, labeling it domestic terrorism that demands swift justice. He also fired back at the city’s leader, Democrat Mayor Jacob Frey, for belittling the power of faith during a time of mourning.

“Contrary to what my Minneapolis mayor says, we are keeping all of these families in both shootings and the victims that are involved in our thoughts and prayers.”
