The Left likes to play the race card. But they are the true racists.

And now a US Congresswoman issued a racist demand that is humiliating Democrats.

Crockett’s Security Overkill Sparks Widespread Mockery

In a move that reeks of paranoia and poor judgment, Texas Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett faced online ridicule after her armed security team forcibly removed Atlantic reporter Elaine Godfrey from a Senate campaign rally in Lubbock.

Godfrey, who had been waved into the press area earlier, was mid-interview when a woman with a badge approached and declared, “Her team has asked you to leave.”

When pressed for a reason, the woman elaborated: “They just said, ‘Elaine from Atlantic, white girl with a hat and notepad. She’s interviewing people in the crowd. She’s a top-notch hater and will spin. She needs to leave.’”

Four guards, including at least one armed, then escorted Godfrey out of the venue, across the parking lot, and to the edge of a nearby highway where she called for a ride. This heavy-handed tactic highlights Crockett’s apparent discomfort with scrutiny, especially from a journalist she has clashed with before—Godfrey once penned a profile that Crockett unsuccessfully tried “shutting down.”

Backlash Builds: Critics Label Crockett ‘Not Ready for Primetime’

The incident ignited a firestorm of criticism across social media, with voices from both sides of the aisle questioning Crockett’s readiness for the Senate. Veteran journalist Chris Cillizza didn’t hold back, posting on X: “This is so bad by Crockett. Not ready for primetime sort of stuff.”

Progressive commentator Zaid Jilani piled on, noting: “If you think Jasmine Crockett can persuade hundreds of thousands of moderate to conservative Texans to change their voting behavior when she can’t even persuade a short liberal white girl reporter…” Even former Obama staffer Tommy Vietor expressed disbelief: “The Crockett campaign had armed security guards eject an Atlantic reporter from an event??? Why???” Other users echoed the sentiment, with one stating, “Crockett looks terrible here,” and another quipping, “Imagine how paranoid a Democrat would have to be to think a reporter from the Atlantic is a threat,” alluding to the magazine’s left-leaning reputation.

The backlash paints Crockett as thin-skinned and out of touch, potentially alienating voters in a tough Texas primary.

Crockett’s Denial and Dodges: No Comment Amid Defamation Claims

Crockett’s response only fueled the controversy, as she bizarrely told CBS News there is “no evidence” Godfrey was kicked out and falsely claimed the reporter had been sued for “defamation” and “lost”—a assertion Godfrey flatly denied in her article.

Crockett’s office stonewalled The Post’s request for comment, leaving her evasion tactics on full display.

Currently leading state lawmaker James Talarico by a slim 3-point margin in the Democratic Senate primary according to RealClearPolitics averages, Crockett’s blunders could jeopardize her bid as the March 3 election approaches, raising doubts about her ability to handle the pressures of higher office without resorting to over-the-top security measures.
