Trump has had it. He’s gone scorched earth.

And a top ESPN reporter was eviscerated by President Trump.

President Trump has once again put a smug media personality in his place, this time taking aim at Stephen A. Smith after the ESPN commentator launched yet another unhinged attack on the commander-in-chief.

In classic Trump fashion, the president didn’t hold back, exposing the hollowness of these so-called experts who hide behind studio lights while pushing leftist talking points.

The dust-up started when Smith unleashed a tirade against Trump for showing up at Game 3 of the NBA Finals in New York City.

Instead of celebrating a sitting president supporting American sports, Smith turned it into an opportunity to whine about inconvenience and ego.

On ESPN’s First Take, Smith declared, “This president has no business showing up in New York City. I am dead serious. It is selfish. It is narcissistic. It is ridiculous that he is coming to this game.”

The Knicks ended up losing to the San Antonio Spurs that night, but Smith had already set the stage to pin the blame squarely on Trump.

According to the hot-take artist, the president’s presence alone would doom the home team.

President Trump responded on Truth Social with the kind of straight talk that resonates with everyday Americans tired of media elites.

“Stephen A. Smith is an arrogant fool, a low-IQ individual,” Trump stated.

“In other words, he’s ‘dumb as a rock,’ and totally unqualified to ever think of running for high political office, or even low political office, for that matter!”

Trump didn’t stop there, painting a vivid picture of just how badly Smith would fare in the real arena of politics.

“He’d get annihilated in a debate by the most incompetent of politicians. Joe Biden’s now ‘fabled’ performance would look great by comparison to anything that this loudmouth huckster has to offer, which isn’t much! Within a few weeks, they’d laugh him out of politics!!!” he said.

This latest exchange highlights a deeper problem in today’s sports media landscape.

Talking heads like Smith have traded analysis for activism, using their platforms to smear conservatives at every turn while pretending to focus on the game.
