Joe Biden’s mind isn’t what it used to be. Everyone knows it, whether they want to admit it or not.
And now the White House is in hysteria after Biden was hit with this mental test.
Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tennessee) said Thursday he intends to file legislation requiring President Biden to notify Congress if he uses medicines to boost his cognitive ability.
“We know that he’s receiving some type of cocktail to help him with his cognitivity, his ability to function – for him to have any energy,” the Tennessee Republican alleged on his “Restoring The Republic” web show.
The first-term congressman stated that his “No Juicing Joe Act” is important because the White House refuses to test the 81-year-old president’s cognitive capacity, and the American people deserve to know if Biden uses drugs to improve his performance.
“Since the White House will not give him any test to that end, we’re asking that he submit and notify Congress when he’s taking any sort of cocktail or anything that might alter the state of his mind and his ability to perform,” Ogles said.
“People need to understand who is Joe Biden. Is he really capable of being the leader of the free world? I don’t think he is,” the 52-year-old Republican added.
“I feel sorry for Joe Biden,” Ogles added.
“I don’t really think that he knows at times where he is or who he is, and that’s a shame. One might argue that it’s elder abuse.”
Biden, the oldest president in US history, began to wander away during a skydiving demonstration at the G7 meeting in southern Italy Thursday, and only rejoined the group of world leaders after the host country’s prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, drew him back in.
It was the most recent of several instances in which the president appeared bewildered in public.
“This is not the message that we want to portray on the global stage,” Ogles said of the strange incident.
Last month, former President Donald Trump urged that Biden be drug tested before to the two presidential debates in which both candidates have committed to participate.
The 77-year-old probable Republican contender used the incumbent’s State of the Union address in March in his plea for drug testing, claiming that Biden was “high as a kite” when he delivered the speech.
Trump and Biden have agreed to debate one other on June 27 and September 10.
“I’m skeptical there will be a debate. We’ll see,” Ogles said.
Ogles concern, while warranted, is already a foregone conclusion by most Americans.
According to a JL Partners poll released Thursday, a startling 70% expect the gaffe-prone 81-year-old to stumble over his remarks during the TV debates, while 40% believe the oldest-ever president is so feeble that he will struggle to even get to his feet.
The stunning new study found half of American voters expect President Biden to lose track of where he is during the presidential debates, with more than a third anticipating him to stray offstage.
