The Fake News Media is back. They are spewing anti-Trump propaganda everywhere.

But a top official for President Trump just made a four word announcement to expose the Fake News Media.

The Trump-hate-obsessed mainstream media outlets have been foaming at the mouth over the last week because of what they deem to be Donald Trump “aligning” himself with a “dangerous dictator” like Vladimir Putin and creating a rift with U.S. ally Ukraine. They say he did this when Trump criticized Ukraine’s President Zelensky for ultimately failing to end their defensive war against Russia, despite the countless Ukrainian men and women who have lost their lives.

“I’ve been watching this man for years now, as his cities get demolished, as his people get k*lled, as the soldiers get decimated,” Donald Trump said during a radio interview on Fox News. “I’ve been watching for years, and I’ve been watching him negotiate with no cards. He has no cards, and you get sick of it. You just get sick of it. And I’ve had it,” the President continued.

Of course, the media ran with this and has been saying that Trump is literally aligning the U.S. with Russia instead of Ukraine, which is asinine. Donald Trump has said from the beginning that he wants to see an end to the war and he’s the only major world leader calling for peaceful talks to continue so a peace agreement can be reached. None of that stops the Fake News Media from playing their Trump-hate tunes.

One Trump administration official is putting those “fears” to rest, though. Donald Trump’s envoy to Ukraine is making it clear that they have no ill will towards Zelensky and that they actually view him as a “courageous” leader. Donald Trump’s criticisms are not to be taken as some form of underhanded alliance with Russia, despite what the radical journalists would have you to believe.

Trump’s Envoy Praises Ukrainian President Zelenskyy After Kyiv Meeting

On Friday, Keith Kellogg, President Donald Trump’s special envoy to Ukraine, expressed admiration for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, calling him an “embattled and courageous leader” — a significant departure from the sharp criticism Trump had leveled just days earlier. This change in tone highlights the evolving dynamics between the Trump administration and Ukraine as the war with Russia continues.

Kellogg, a retired Army lieutenant general who had served as national security adviser under former Vice President Mike Pence, visited Kyiv on Thursday for a meeting with Zelenskyy. The Ukrainian president shared a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) about their discussions, highlighting the importance of security guarantees for Ukraine to prevent further Russian aggression. Zelenskyy described the meeting as one that “restores hope,” signaling potential progress in negotiations between the U.S. and Ukraine.

In response, Kellogg quoted Zelenskyy’s post, emphasizing the “extensive and positive discussions” he had with the Ukrainian leader and his “talented national security team.” He further described Zelenskyy as a “courageous leader” of a nation at war, an assessment that contrasts starkly with the harsh comments Trump had made about Zelenskyy earlier in the week.

On Truth Social, Trump had called Zelenskyy a “dictator without elections,” accusing the Ukrainian president of not doing enough to end the war. This criticism was part of a sentiment Trump expressed during the week, emphasizing his skepticism about Ukraine’s handling of the conflict with Russia.

“I’ve had very good talks with Putin, and I’ve had not such good talks with Ukraine,” Trump remarked during a gathering of governors and Cabinet members at the White House on Friday. His comments were indicative of his continued doubts about Ukraine’s approach to negotiations, and they fueled growing concerns among European leaders that Trump might exclude Ukraine and the continent from any future discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Despite Trump’s critical stance, Kellogg’s more positive remarks following his meeting with Zelenskyy suggest a shift in strategy. After what he described as a “long and intense day” with Ukraine’s senior leadership, Kellogg expressed optimism about reaching an agreement with Zelenskyy. The Trump administration, according to sources, is particularly interested in securing access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals, vital components in the production of electric vehicles and electronics. These minerals are seen as a key part of the U.S. effort to recoup the billions in aid provided to Ukraine’s defense.

Mike Waltz, Trump’s national security adviser, spoke at CPAC on Friday, voicing confidence in the potential deal. “Here’s the bottom line, President Zelenskyy is going to sign that deal, and you will see that in the very short term,” Waltz predicted. “What better could you have for Ukraine than to be in an economic partnership with the United States?”
