They hate your family. They hate your kids. They hate your future grandkids. They don’t think you belong here.”
“Not only do you have no moral compass… what is wrong with you? Not only do you not have morality, apparently you don’t have self-preservation,” Ball said. “You’re the one implementing the violent force against your own community. I just can’t wrap my head around that.”
Her remarks, which drew accusations of racism from critics who argued they patronize minorities by assuming their loyalty should lie with undocumented immigrants over U.S. law enforcement, followed Border Czar Tom Homan’s announcement of plans to triple ICE’s enforcement teams.

Homan, appearing on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle on Nov. 25, revealed ICE is hiring 10,000 additional agents—set to be operational by mid-January 2026—to dramatically expand removal operations. “That’s tripling the size of enforcement, removal operations,” he said, noting the agency has already conducted around 650,000 deportations this year.
Homan highlighted the deterrent effect: “You got to consider the people who have left the country out of fear of being deported. There’s over 1.6 million of them. So there’s well over 2.2 million [who have] left the country already.” He emphasized the strategy’s success in sending a global message: “We knew if we send over a thousand ICE teams out there across the country… You enter this country illegally, we’re looking for you.”
The hiring push, backed by $30 billion in congressional funding, aims to address recruitment challenges like physical fitness tests and immigration law training, with signing bonuses up to $50,000 drawing over 175,000 applications despite hurdles.
