The White House press secretary is good at her job. She’s an expert at going after the press.

And Karoline Leavitt went scorched earth on this Leftist reporter.

In a heated moment at the White House press briefing on Thursday, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt didn’t hold back when dismantling a reporter’s loaded question about ICE operations.

The reporter fired off a challenge, pointing to statements from DHS Secretary Kristi Noem who praised ICE for handling things right. But the journalist twisted the facts, bringing up deaths in custody and mistaken detentions, then zeroing in on the tragic shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis.

“[DHS] Secretary [Kristi] Noem spoke to the media, and she said, among other things, that [ICE is] doing everything correctly. Thirty-two people died in ICE custody last year, 170 U.S. citizens were detained by ICE and Renee Good was shot in the head and k*lled by an ICE agent. How does that equate to them doing everything correctly?” the reporter asked.

Leavitt flipped the script with a sharp counter, probing the reporter on the actual circumstances of the incident. “Why was Renee Good, unfortunately, and tragically k*lled?” she demanded.

The reporter stumbled into his own trap, offering up a slanted take. “Are you asking me my opinion? Because an ICE agent acted recklessly and k*lled her unjustifiably,” he said in response.

That’s when Leavitt unleashed a blistering takedown:

“Oh, okay, so you’re a biased reporter with a left-wing opinion… you’re a left-wing hack, you’re not a reporter. You’re posing in this room as a journalist,” she fired back.

She didn’t stop there, hammering home how this so-called journalist had no place in the room. “You shouldn’t even be sitting in that seat, but you’re pretending like you’re a journalist, but you’re a left-wing activist, and the question that you just raised and your answer proves your bias. You should be reporting on the facts,” Leavitt declared.

Shifting gears, Leavitt turned the spotlight on the real victims—the everyday Americans suffering from unchecked illegal immigration. She challenged the reporter to face the ugly truth about crimes committed by those ICE is fighting to deport.

“You should be reporting on the cases. Do you have numbers of how many American citizens were k*lled at the hands of illegal aliens who ICE is trying to remove from this country? I bet you don’t. I bet you didn’t even read up on those stories,” Leavitt pressed, exposing the media’s selective outrage.

She named names to drive the point home, reminding everyone of the heartbreaking losses that get ignored by the press.

“I bet you never even read about Laken Riley or Jocelyn Nungaray or all of the innocent Americans who were k*lled at the hands of illegal aliens in this country,” she said.

Leavitt stood firm in her praise for the brave men and women of ICE, who risk it all daily to protect U.S. neighborhoods from dangerous criminals. ICE agents “are doing everything in their power to remove those heinous individuals and make our communities safer,” she affirmed.

Wrapping up her response, Leavitt delivered a stinging rebuke to the fake news crowd:

“Shame on people like you in the media who have a crooked view and have a biased view and pretend like you’re a real, honest journalist.”

In the end, exchanges like this fuel the fight to restore truth in reporting and secure the nation against threats from within and without.

America’s safety depends on exposing these biases and supporting the heroes on the front lines.
