Democrats have been refusing to address the situation at the border for months now. And the crisis is only worsening.
Now, a chilling warning regarding the southern border has forced Democrats to scramble.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has just warned that terrorist groups, including Hamas, could be passing through the Southern border of the United States.
In a memo, the San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of CBP warned that individuals from groups such as Hamas, Hezbollah, and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) could be forcing their way into the United States.
This chilling warning comes just weeks after Hamas brutally attacked Israel and murdered over 1400 people and took many more hostage.
The memo specifically stated, “individuals inspired by, or reacting to, the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt to travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border.”
It continued saying, “Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico.”

Because of Joe Biden and his horrible border policies, the nation is already facing a surge in illegal aliens and terrorists crossing the border, and now America is having to deal with terrorist groups too.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, border patrol “has encountered 149 illegal aliens at the nation’s northern and southern borders who were revealed to be listed on the federal government’s Terrorist Watch List.”
This number is a 7,350 percent increase in encounters from the fiscal year of 2017.
Rep. Mark Green noted that between 2017 and 2020 border patrol “apprehended just 14 individuals whose names were on the [Terrorist Watch List], with most of them attempting to enter through the southwest border.”
Senator Josh Hawley demanded that Joe Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary release the number of “special interest aliens” released into the U.S.
He said, “I write with alarm regarding the uptick in potential terrorist-linked illegal aliens encountered at the southern border. This development follows the barbaric attack perpetrated by Hamas terrorists on innocent American and Israeli civilians.”
He emphasized that it was “imperative that you address this issue immediately to ensure the safety of American citizens, especially Jewish Americans, who are facing increased threats to their physical safety following the Hamas attack.”
He also demanded that the DHS outline the steps they have taken to “heighten security standards at the southern border following Hamas’ attack on Israel.”
The American people are worried about the situation at the border, and many citizens are fearful for their lives now.
Especially with the rise of anti-Semitic hate crimes, the Jewish community especially is worried for their safety.
The American people need to demand action from our elected officials before it is too late.
