The president has great disdain for Donald Trump. But that may be changing.

Because Joe Biden just made a shocking admission about his biggest rival.

The United States Supreme Court is expected to hear a challenge from Donald Trump’s team on whether he is allowed to appear on the presidential ballot in Colorado.

In December of last year, Colorado’s Supreme Court used the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment to imply that Trump is disqualified on their ballot, triggering Maine to make a similar ruling a few weeks later.

But President Joe Biden just revealed his thoughts on the ordeal and they’re not what you’d expect.

“As far as I’m concerned, that’s fine,” Biden said to reporters about Trump appearing on ballots in states across the country.

Trump currently leads Biden in several national and state polls, despite more and more states making efforts to kick him off their ballots for his alleged participation in the riots on the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

U.S. Supreme Court arguments are set to take place on February 8, and many Republicans are confident the court’s decision will be in their favor.

Illinois is a recent blue-state that made efforts to ban Trump from their ballot, although an election board shut down those attempts.

After January 6, 2021 and the riots that took place on that day, the U.S. House impeached Donald Trump for “incitement of insurrection.”

The U.S. Senate however, acquitted him once he left office by voting 57-43 in Trump’s favor.

So despite never being convicted of inciting an insurrection, Trump is still being met with calls to bar him from being on the voting ticket this November.

Even Democrats like presidential candidate and U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) believe that Trump should remain on the ballot in all states across America.

“Do I believe Trump is guilty of inspiring an insurrection and doing nothing to stop it? I was there. Absolutely,” Phillips said on X.

“Do I believe it’s wrong to ban him from the ballot in Colorado without a conviction? Absolutely.”

And now Democrat President Joe Biden has come forward to announce that he sees no problem with his political rival being an eligible candidate for voters to pull the lever for in their individual states.

Perhaps it’s time for other Leftists to get on board with that line of thinking.

It’s either now or when the Supreme Court likely rules in Trump’s favor in the upcoming weeks.
