It is no secret that RINOs hate Trump. But have they taken it too far?
Because Never-Trumpers have made a shocking decision with massive consequences for Donald Trump.
The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) begins this week, and numerous major conservative figures from across the globe will be there.
Donald Trump will also make history and break Ronald Reagan’s record when he appears for the 14th time.
Key figures at this year’s conference include Trump, Argentine President Javier Milei, former British Prime Minister Liz Truss, and the President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele.
However, during a time for conservatives across the world to come together to help solve major issues and discuss the future, other people are pushing back.
Many “Never-Trumpers” have stated that they will hold their own conference called the Principles First Summit.
This summit, which starts Friday, will see hundreds of “pro-democracy, anti-Trump conservatives and centrists,” they claim.
Some of their key figures include George Conway, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, former Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Bill Kristol, failed Trump challenger Asa Hutchinson, and former Rep. Adam Kinzinger.
Other key organizations that will be participating in the event include the American Coalition for Ukraine, The Dispatch, The Trinity Forum, and the Purple Principle.
CPAC, on the other hand, expects a massive turnout, and the chairman, Matt Schlapp, has been describing the summit as an “anti-World Economic Forum” or even “Wexit.”
He said, “We’re Wexit. [The] World Economic Forum exit. Let’s put pressure on companies to not deal with these people. Let’s put pressure on our politicians to not play footsie with these people.”
He continued by adding, “We’re people who love people across the globe. We just believe in America as a nation is a unique thing.”
This group of people is striving to show the world that the radical Left cannot and will not take over.
The people will always fight back against the absurd, harmful, and destructive policies of the Left.
Schlapp continued saying, “We’re nationalists. We want to support our nation. And by the way, all these world leaders who are coming over, they’re not asking for money.”
“They’re not asking for us to do anything other than let them solve their problems and help them be independent of these globalists who probably are the ones who caused the problems,” he added.
He also highlighted the extreme importance of the next U.S. election and stated that Trump, who has been endorsed by CPAC, “understands he doesn’t get this done without this great grassroots army.”
Many Americans believe that by being “Never-Trumpers” they are saving the Republican Party or the idea of true conservatism.
But now more than ever, we need to rally behind a strong leader who will take down the radical Left.
We cannot allow them to continue to destroy this great nation.
