Joe Biden is becoming more and more unpopular by the day. Even massive companies are turning their backs on him.

And President Biden was humiliated after getting called out by this major corporation.

Last week’s State of the Union address was full of insane blunders on behalf of President Joe Biden.

He basically turned the address into a campaign speech and tried to blame Republicans and Donald Trump for the issues he and his administration have caused.

But another thing Biden did during the State of the Union was gaslight Americans for their negative views towards the poor economy.

He brought up the idea of “shrinkflation,” which is a term that tries to blame major corporations for giving consumers a smaller portion of a product for the same price as a normal portion.

Biden says that this practice of shrinkflation is why consumers are facing higher prices, not because of his awful economic policies.

The president even used the popular candy-bar company, Snickers, as an example of this.

“In fact, the snack companies think you won’t notice if they change the size of the bag and put a h*ll of a lot fewer – same – same size bag – put fewer chips in it. No, I’m not joking. It’s called shrinkflation,” Biden said as he stumbled through his words.

“You probably all saw that commercial on Snickers bars. And you get – you get charged the same amount, and you got about, I don’t know, 10 percent fewer Snickers in it.”

After Biden made that statement, Snickers came out and completely destroyed his claim.

“We have not reduced the size of Snickers singles for share size in the U.S. Like many industries, we continue to face high inflation and spikes in material costs; however, we work to absorb these extra costs wherever possible to provide affordable treats and the best value,” Snickers said in a statement.

“Final prices are always at the discretion of the retailer, but we make every effort to minimize costs to provide a full range of delicious products.”

Republicans in the Senate also noted that shrinkflation has very little impact on why the economy is doing so poorly, according to data from Bureau of Labor Statistics economists.

“The historic and persistent inflation that continues to plague the U.S. economy, and food prices in particular, is driven by trillions of dollars in federal spending championed by the president,” Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, & Forestry Republicans said in a statement.

“Bidenomics overheated an economy recovering from COVID-19 supply chain disruptions and is chiefly responsible for the record-high food costs that continue to sap earnings from hardworking Americans.”

Yet another example of Joe Biden and the Democrats blaming someone else for the problems they’ve created.

This has become a common theme for them.
