Justice Brett Kavanaugh went through the trenches. He’s not out of the woods yet.
Because Justice Brett Kavanaugh just suffered another brutal attack.
The Left has been absolutely furious that the U.S. Supreme Court has a new conservative-leaning bench that cannot reliably rubber stamp their political agendas. They’ve been lashing out ever since Brett Kavanaugh was nominated, the Justice who would tip the scales in the favor of conservative jurisprudence.
They launched a full-on phony character assassination aimed at Kavanaugh, with unsubstantiated claims of s*xual assault at the core of it all. For weeks, the nation was split over the issue, with the Left preparing to throw Brett Kavanaugh out of consideration simply because of these unsubstantiated claims. It didn’t matter how much Kavanaugh proved his innocence, they were prepared to defend their historical U.S. Supreme Court bench dominance to the bitter end. That, they did.
Since then, they’ve been looking for all sorts of ways to delegitimize the U.S. Supreme Court, calling on Justice Thomas to resign because they are suggesting he’s compromised, as well as calling for the U.S. Supreme Court bench to be packed with far-Left Justices to drown out the existing Justices on the bench.
Now they’re circling back to Brett Kavanaugh in another sad and desperate attempt to get at least one of the Supreme Court conservatives off the bench and get back to getting their way. That’s what this has always been about, and that’s what it will always be about until the Democrats get their way.
A recent report claims that in September 2018, then-President Donald Trump did not fully empower the FBI to investigate allegations of s*xual misconduct that could have threatened the confirmation of his Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, despite his assurances that the agency would have “free rein.”
The findings, presented by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, draw from previously undisclosed communications between the FBI and the White House, as reported by The Washington Post, which obtained the details prior to their public release.
“It all went up to the White House for a decent burial with no real investigation at all,” Whitehouse remarked.
Notably, the FBI did receive more than 4,500 tips from a hotline about Brett Kavanaugh back in 2018. That’s an astonishing amount of publicly provided tips about a Supreme Court nominee. What happened? Well the FBI found nothing. There was nothing to find.
So the Democrats are producing a report that suggests that because the FBI didn’t find anything, it must be because no one actually looked into anything. The Democrats may not remember, but there were seriously desperate attempts from everyone of the radical Democrats in the U.S. Senate to find something that could both give them a few minutes of fame in the news as well as tank Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination.
They found nothing. There was nothing to find. They’re back at this story because they are so extremely upset that they aren’t getting their way with all the major U.S. Supreme Court cases being ruled on in recent years. The big one is Roe v. Wade.
It was the effective overturning of Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs ruling that really pushed the already radical Left into a new realm of radicalism. When that ruling was handed down, many high-profile Democrats were calling on Joe Biden to literally cause a constitutional crisis by ignoring the Supreme Court’s ruling in the Dobbs case.
Not only that, but their hypocrisy is almost too rich to ignore. The Democrats and their mainstream allies have been shilling for Kamala Harris since the moment Joe Biden was kicked out of the race by his own political party that had been saying he was totally fine and the best President since FDR.
Who is Kamala Harris married to? An abuser who we know beat his ex-wife, cheated on her by getting a nanny pregnant, and then may have even beat the nanny enough that it made her lose her pregnancy. That last part is unclear at this point, but we know he’s an abuser.
Doug Emhoff not only beat his ex, but he beat the Nanny he impregnated and caused her so much trauma that she miscarried. Doug Emhoff has not denied these allegations:

We know that this is the potential First Gentleman (what a horrible irony). We don’t know that Brett Kavanaugh has ever done anything. And yet Emhoff is the one who gets a free pass and Kavanaugh is supposed to have his career ruined because no one has found anything about him? How utterly insane.
