Life’s been tough for the vice president lately. She can’t seem to avoid defeat.
And Kamala Harris turns into a laughing stock after this embarrassing post-election video is released.
Vice President Kamala Harris addressed her supporters Tuesday for the first time since conceding to former President Donald Trump, acknowledging that the sting of her defeat still “feels heavy.” Her remarks, delivered during a virtual meeting with grassroots backers, have drawn widespread criticism online.
“I know this is an uncertain time. I’m clear-eyed about that,” Harris said, appearing somber. “I know you’re clear-eyed about it, and it feels heavy.”
This marked her first public appearance since her concession speech at Howard University earlier this month. Harris urged her supporters to remain steadfast in their commitment to political activism.
“I just have to remind you, don’t you ever let anybody take your power from you,” she said. “You have the same power that you did before November 5th, and you have the same purpose that you did, and you have the same ability to engage and inspire. So don’t ever let anybody or any circumstance take your power from you.”

Joining Harris on the call was Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who also struck a disheartened tone about Trump’s victory. “Candidly, it’s a bit scary,” Walz admitted. He encouraged listeners to focus on self-care and community healing.
Neither Harris nor Walz addressed the reasons behind the campaign’s failure, despite raising over $1 billion between July and November.
The campaign lost every swing state, the Electoral College, and the popular vote to Trump, leaving many Democrats shocked and frustrated.
A clip from Harris’ 10-minute address, shared on X by the Democratic National Committee, quickly became a lightning rod for mockery.
“The dial-up modem sound played on an infinite loop is more bearable than 28 seconds of whatever this is,” quipped Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC).
“I’d read a 5,000-word article on how this got approved for release,” tweeted Ben Williamson, a House GOP staffer and former aide in the Trump White House.
Critics also took aim at Harris’ reputation for rambling public statements. “A final 30 seconds of circular references for the road,” one user commented, while National Review writer Dan McLaughlin suggested the video reflected poorly on her staff.
“Kamala’s best play is to lay low for like 6 months,” advised RNC staffer Gates McGavick, adding that Harris’ decision to remain visible was “perfectly on-brand.”
The timing of Harris’ remarks also raised eyebrows. Just days earlier, she and second gentleman Doug Emhoff vacationed in Hawaii instead of attending a “losers party” at the White House. The event brought together donors and campaign insiders, but Harris opted for a low-profile retreat.
Ending her pep talk on a hopeful note, Harris reminded her audience of their shared resilience. “We are all in this together, all right? We are all in this together,” she said before wishing them “a happy Thanksgiving.”
“I wish for you that you are surrounded by the people you love and who love you,” Harris concluded. “I encourage you to be around family in whatever way you compose that family. We are powerful, those of us who love our country, and we’ve got a lot of work to do.”
While Harris sought to inspire, her rambling and incoherent word salads only made her the subject of mockery once again.
