The mainstream media is basically an arm of the Democrat Party. But the Trump administration is fighting back.

And the Trump White House put these Leftist news outlets on blast in a scathing rebuke.

Angel Mom’s Heart-Wrenching White House Speech Snubbed by CNN and MSNBC

In a powerful moment at the White House briefing room, Patty Morin, an “Angel Mom,” shared the gut-wrenching story of her daughter Rachel’s brutal r*pe and m*rder at the hands of an illegal immigrant. Yet, major networks CNN and MSNBC chose to look the other way, drawing sharp criticism from Trump administration officials for sidelining a story of profound human tragedy.

On Wednesday, while Morin poured her heart out, MSNBC shifted its focus to a rally with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in Montana and a chat with Puck News columnist John Heilemann, according to Mediaite. Meanwhile, CNN filled its airtime with coverage of California Gov. Gavin Newsom and an NBA segment, leaving Morin’s remarks untouched.

The decision sparked outrage among White House officials. Communications Director Steven Cheung called the networks’ actions “shameful,” taking to X to express his frustration:

“SHAMEFUL that [CNN] and [MSNBC] refuses to take Angel Mom Patty Morin as she recounts the terrible tragedy of how an illegal k*lled her sweet daughter, Rachel.”

His post resonated with Department of Government Efficiency head Elon Musk, who responded with a “100” emoji, signaling full agreement.

Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller didn’t hold back, slamming CNN and MSNBC for their “contempt for the victims of migrant crime.”

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr echoed the sentiment, accusing the networks of failing to “serve the public interest” by ignoring not only Morin’s speech but also critical details shared by White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt. Leavitt had linked Kilmar Abrego Garcia—an illegal immigrant at the heart of a deportation dispute—to the notorious MS-13 gang.

Carr took aim at Comcast, MSNBC’s parent company through NBCUniversal, for what he called a pattern of distortion. “Comcast outlets spent days misleading the American public — implying that Abrego Garcia was merely a law abiding U.S. citizen, just a regular ‘Maryland man,’” he wrote on X.

“When the truth comes out, they ignore it.” He pointed out that Abrego Garcia, who entered the U.S. illegally from El Salvador, was confirmed as an MS-13 member and denied bond by an immigration court for posing a danger to others. “Why does Comcast ignore these facts of obvious public interest?” Carr pressed.

During her remarks, Patty Morin recounted the horrific 2023 m*rder of her 37-year-old daughter, a mother of five, in Maryland. The k*ller, 24-year-old Victor Martinez-Hernandez, a Salvadoran illegal immigrant, was convicted of the crime earlier this week.

Morin described the m*rderer’s chilling lack of remorse: “There was no remorse on his face at all.” She passionately supported efforts to deport such criminals, stating, “These are the kind of criminals President Trump wants to remove from our country. These are the kind of criminals that we need to remove from our country.”

Morin also showed frustration with Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), who has advocated for Abrego Garcia’s release from an El Salvadoran megaprison while offering “barely” any acknowledgment of her daughter’s death.

“I don’t care about politics. Well, I do, but I want to preserve life, and that’s the only reason why I have spoken about Rachel,” Morin said, her words a raw plea for justice and safety.

The Leftist networks’ decision to bypass this story raises questions about their priorities, leaving many to wonder why a mother’s grief and a pressing public safety issue were left in the shadows.
