The Left wants to take back control of the federal government. They can’t stand that Republicans are in power.
And Democrats reek of desperation after getting caught making this eyebrow raising move.
DNC Desperate: $15 Million Loan
Democrat Party is broke, broken, and begging for cash. While Republicans sit on a mountain of money and momentum, the DNC just took out a massive $15 million loan
The same party that spent over a billion dollars trying to sell Kamala Harris and Tim Walz to the American people is now scrambling to borrow millions.
And this isn’t pocket change; Politico reported the DNC grabbed this giant line of credit earlier than ever before, and all at once.
Meanwhile, according to Politico, the Republican National Committee closed September with a whopping $86 million cash on hand.
The timing couldn’t be worse for the Dems. They just got humiliated in the government-funding fight, caving after weeks of shutdown theater and walking away with absolutely zero wins.
House Speaker Mike Johnson nailed it when he called them “utterly rudderless” and accused them of playing “costly political games.”
Still Paying Off Kamala’s Billion-Dollar Flop
And let’s not forget: the DNC already burned through more than $15 million this year just paying off Kamala Harris’s failed presidential campaign. A billion dollars raised, $20 million in debt in the final week alone, and they still got obliterated.
Breitbart News laid it out plain and simple: “while Harris’s presidential campaign raised over $1 billion, in the final week of her campaign, her campaign fell $20 million in debt.”
Back in June, new DNC Chair Ken Martin was already in full damage-control mode, trying to mop up the financial disaster left by the 2024 wipeout. The party was broke then, and they’re even more broke now.
Trump and the GOP: Loaded and Loving It
Contrast that with President Trump and the GOP. Back in August, Trump was already talking about holding an early Republican National Convention to fire up the base for the midterms, per Breitbart News.
He posted on social media: “The Republican Party is doing really well. Millions of people have joined us in our quest to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. We won every aspect of the Presidential Election and, based on the great success we are having, are poised to WIN BIG IN THE MIDTERMS.”
Trump didn’t stop there: “We have raised far more money than the Democrats, and are having a great time fixing all of the Country-Destroying mistakes made by the Biden Administration, and watching the USA heal and prosper.”
One party is united, flush with cash, and delivering results. The other is leaderless, drowning in debt, and reduced to borrowing millions just to limp into the next election cycle.
The 2026 midterms could be tough for the Democrats. They’ve got no message, no money, and no momentum. They spent four years pushing open borders, skyrocketing crime, and economy-k*lling green scams, and the voters punished them for it.
