Even members of the left know their party is in shambles. They aren’t afraid to say something about it either.
And a top Democrat calls out his own party in a blistering rebuke.
Even in the heart of Washington’s glittering cultural scene, truth has a way of breaking through the noise.
At the Mark Twain Prize event hosted by the Kennedy Center, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman stepped up to the microphone and delivered a blunt assessment that left many on the right nodding along in agreement.
Speaking to Fox News, the Democrat lawmaker didn’t mince words about the growing influence of extreme leftists infiltrating his party.
Fetterman zeroed in on recent primary victories by candidates tied to the Democratic Socialists of America.
These wins, particularly in New York and involving Maine Senate hopeful Graham Platner, represented a troubling shift according to the senator.
He made it clear that these elements represent something far removed from traditional American values.
“And in like it. It was a really it was a really big night for the dirtbag left. You know, last week, without a doubt. And some of the crazy things that they’ve said. You know, like clearly anti-America, you know, anti Western civilization,” Fetterman stated plainly.
“And they actually one of them was even part of the groups they wanted to end all Western civilization.”
The senator pulled no punches in describing the ideological rot at play. For too long, everyday Americans have watched radical voices gain power within the Democratic machine, pushing ideas that clash directly with the nation’s founding principles.
Fetterman’s remarks cut through the usual political spin, exposing how these activists prioritize globalist fantasies over American sovereignty and tradition.
He continued his candid takedown, highlighting the communist leanings bubbling up in certain Democratic circles.
“So, overall, that is a wing of the party without a doubt. But they’re not Democrats. They’re not socialists, several of them, many of them have actually are an avowed communist,” Fetterman said.
“So between P hustle in Maine and some of the other winners, you know, in New York, that’s, you know, they should form their own party and run on all the things that they’ve had to do on, on social media.”
This call for separation strikes a chord with populist sentiments across the country. Why should mainstream Democrats continue carrying water for figures who openly despise the country that gave them a platform?
Fetterman’s suggestion that these radicals break away and test their extreme ideas on their own merits makes perfect sense to working families tired of watching their tax dollars fund anti-American agendas.
