Joe Biden and Kamala Harris wants the SCOTUS to do their bidding. But the Justices aren’t bending the knee.
And now the U.S. Supreme Court has hit Biden and Harris with another big court room loss.
Back in June of 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Biden-Harris student loan debt cancellation plans were unconstitutional to their core, arguing that such a plan would absolutely need Congressional approval before they could be realized. Of course, this wouldn’t stop the Biden-Harris regime.
Since then, the Biden-Harris administration have been busy trying to find ways around the law to cancel student loan debt at the expense of American taxpayers, even though it was clear that the U.S. Supreme Court was trying to explain that such plans were in need of Congressional approval. Instead, they’ve focused on trying to cancel small amounts at a time and chalk it up to executive branch authority.

Recently the Biden administration announced a new “Saving on a Valuable Education” plan (SAVE) that offers various types of student loan cancellation and debt forgiveness. A number of states then sued the Biden administration for this new plan that many say is a repackaging of an unconstitutional plan.
In the Eighth Circuit court, the SAVE plan was placed on hold with an injunction, and the plan cannot go forward any longer until its constitutionality is verified by the court system, potentially heading to the U.S. Supreme Court if the matter is not clarified by the lower court systems alone.
In response, the Biden administration appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court to have the SAVE plan put into effect anyway by removing the injunction placed on the plan by the lower court. Well, they’re getting news they weren’t hoping for.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that they will not be removing the injunction put on the SAVE plan, meaning the injunction will remain and the plan cannot be executed by the executive branch at this time. The case is not closed and shut, but critics of the plan are happy with the win from the U.S. Supreme Court.

Scheme-y Biden-Harris Regime Plans End Up Hurting Them
It’s important to note that these decisions to announce student loan cancellation plans are not in a vacuum. They are being announced at very specific times. The first time Joe Biden tried to get away with a student loan cancellation plan that would later be ruled unconstitutional was in 2022 just before the midterm elections.
Many were critical of that move as a desperate political play to get votes in the corner of Democrats, especially younger voters who are becoming an increasing part of the electorate compared to elections past.
Now, in another critical election year, Joe Biden has announced another plan to cancel debt or relieve debt-owners of their payment agreements. Could this just be another example of Joe Biden trying to win over votes? Possibly, and maybe even likely.
The problem is that it’s not going so hot for them. If he is expecting the same type of reaction as he got in 2022, that’s not happening. Many Americans who were in favor of the plan that was announced in 2022 no longer believe that he can actually get it done considering there are constitutional and legal roadblocks to getting his fantasy socialist plan implemented.
Not delivering on the promises you made to those on the far-Left end of the spectrum who are in favor of this socialist scheme is not a good look. So not only are you alienating them, but you’re also alienating the everyday Americans who weren’t in favor of the plan in the first place.
This definitely doesn’t help the Harris campaign stave off the accusations that she is more dangerously socialist and communist compared to any other major Presidential candidate in U.S. history.
Tons of Americans are praising this U.S. Supreme Court ruling as a win to keep socialism away from America’s shores, at least for now. If Kamala were to win in November, it could be a long ride for those who are fearful of the devastating impacts of socialism and communism. For now, though, freedom-lovers rejoice.
