The radical Left are always lobbing insults Donald Trump’s way. But this may be the worst one.
And a Leftist congresswoman calls Trump one name that left everyone completely speechless.
In an unhinged outburst, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) labeled President Trump a “wannabe Hitler,” accusing Republicans of clinging to their loyalty to him amid swirling controversies surrounding Jeffrey Epstein. Known for her sharp-tongued critiques, Crockett didn’t hold back during an appearance on MSNBC’s Alex Witt Reports on Saturday, where she discussed the GOP’s handling of demands for transparency in the Epstein case.
When asked whether Republicans would support a vote to release grand jury files tied to the notorious s*x predator, Crockett predicted a swift retreat. “I absolutely think that they are gonna run away with this as quickly as possible,” she said.
“They want to show that they’re loyal to this, you know, I don’t even know what to call him. I’ve called him so many things, but this wannabe Hitler for sure. They want to pledge their loyalty to him, and they know that he does not want this released.”
The Epstein saga has reignited tensions within the Republican Party, fueled by a Justice Department and FBI memo concluding that the deceased financier likely lacked a client list and took his own life in prison.
This finding infuriated Trump’s MAGA supporters, who have clamored for greater transparency from his administration. Trump dismissed the demands, calling out a segment of his base as “weaklings” and “past supporters” who “bought into this ‘bulls—,’ hook, line, and sinker.”
Taking advantage of the moment, Democrats introduced legislation to require the release of the Epstein files, gaining traction with some Republican defectors. On Thursday, Trump announced he was pushing for the release of the grand jury testimony, a move swiftly taken by US Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Yet, by Saturday, he was back to venting, claiming that “nothing will be good enough for the troublemakers and radical left lunatics making the request.”
Crockett suggested that Republicans are treading carefully, wary of crossing Trump and risking damage to their party’s image. “I think they also are concerned about the damage that it may do,” she noted.
“If he’s trying to hide it, they understand that it is most likely problematic for him as well as the MAGA brand, as well as the Republicans.” She doubted they would support any action that could harm their “fearless leader.”
As lawmakers prepare for the August recess, the Epstein controversy looms large. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), known for his libertarian streak, suggested that constituents might pressure Republicans to demand more openness on the issue.
Crockett, whose radical rhetoric often captures widespread attention, has long clashed with Trump. Just last week, Trump took aim at her and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), challenging them to an IQ test.
“AOC, look, I think she’s very nice. But she’s very low-IQ, and we really don’t need low-IQ,” he said to reporters on the White House lawn. “Between her and Crockett, we’re going to give them both an IQ test to see who comes out best.”
