Democrats have truly lost the plot. Their main goal is to attack Trump.

And this leftist senator was caught making vile statements about the president.

In a stunning display of partisan venom, Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse unleashed on President Donald Trump during a recent appearance on MS NOW’s The Briefing.

The Democrat painted the commander-in-chief as some kind of malevolent force, revealing just how unhinged the ruling class has become in their desperate fight to hold onto power.

Whitehouse’s attack came amid discussions about public frustration with Washington insiders. He claimed Americans feel the system favors the connected few, yet his solution followed the familiar left-wing playbook of soaking productive citizens rather than fixing the actual corruption.

The senator invoked the example of billionaires and their tax burdens, arguing for higher rates on the wealthy.

He stated, “Part of the anger that people feel out there is the feeling that the system is rigged. And that same study that you referenced showed, if I recall correctly, that Jeff Bezos paid a 1% tax rate over many years. And so you’re right, if you double 1% to 2%, is that going to save everything? No.”

“But if you move to a world in which billionaires pay the same tax rates as the teacher in queens as the plumber, then suddenly parks get better and schools get better, and you can have a more robust world.”

This pitch ignores how Democrat policies have crushed working families with inflation, open borders, and regulations that protect big players while squeezing everyone else.

Right populists know the real fix lies in slashing government waste, ending cronyism, and letting American workers keep more of their hard-earned pay.

Host Jen Psaki then turned to comments from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, who offered a surprisingly balanced take on the president.

She noted Bezos described Trump as “a more mature, more disciplined version of himself than he was in his first term. Trump has lots of good ideas. He’s been right about a lot of things. You have to give him credit where credit is due.”

Whitehouse would have none of it. He dismissed Bezos’ assessment outright, insisting his view of Trump revealed a dangerous figure unfit for leadership.

The senator listed a string of accusations that read like a greatest hits of left-wing talking points.

Whitehouse declared, “He doesn’t see the Donald Trump that I see. I don’t know what Donald Trump he’s seeing, but the one with the billionaire ballroom, the one with the cop beater slush fund, the one with the side deals for his family, the one who just gave himself tax amnesty for himself, his family and all of his companies. There’s nothing normal about that. That’s not stable. In fact, it’s downright evil.”

This inflammatory language exposes the depths of elite hatred for a president who threatens their control.

Calling a duly elected leader “downright evil” for challenging the status quo shows how disconnected these coastal Democrats have grown from everyday citizens.
