Joe Biden and his admin have always been against people who don’t share their same ideology. But now they’re taking things to another level.
And a Republican Senator exposes Biden’s plan to target Christians.
Last Thursday, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) discussed allegations that the Biden administration is targeting people who have purchased a Bible.
While speaking during a Senate Banking Committee hearing, Scott addressed the allegations that were originally brought to light by the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
That subcommittee detailed how various financial companies were asked by federal law enforcement to flag any purchases with certain words like “MAGA” or “TRUMP.”
They were also asked to flag purchases of Bibles or even transactions from sporting goods stores like Cabela’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
“This kind of pervasive financial surveillance, carried out in coordination with and at the request of federal law enforcement, into American’s private transactions is alarming and raises serious concerns about the FBI’s respect for fundamental civil liberties,” the subcommittee said in a statement.
Scott weighed in on the controversy, saying, “What concerns me even more than all of this is recent allegations that suggest that federal law enforcement and financial regulators may be expending their resources to target Americans for their political and religious beliefs.”
“Instead of targeting Americans for purchasing Bibles or shopping at the Bass Pro Shops, our government should focus on doing its job: protecting our families and prosecuting actual criminals, including those behind financial scams. Unfortunately, these examples are part of a larger trend we have seen from this administration of putting politics first.”
The Biden admin has shown a pattern of putting politics first – from focusing more on climate risk than the safety and soundness of our banking system to targeting Americans for purchasing Bibles or shopping at Bass Pro Shops.

The hearing from the Senate Banking Committee on Thursday involved “Examining Scams and Fraud in the Banking System and Their Impact on Consumers.”
Various witnesses from the American Bankers Association and National Consumers League were present to give their testimony.
The committee will hear statements next week from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen regarding the Financial Stability Oversight Council Annual Report to Congress.
Thanks to Republicans like Sen. Scott, Americans have been able to see the extent at which the Biden admin uses government overreach to target their political opponents.
They’ve used this overreach by deploying the Department of Justice to target peaceful pro-life protestors.
And they’re not afraid to go after people who are simply conservative, Christians, or both, who they’ll subsequently label as extremists.
That’s life for average Americans under a Biden presidency.
Anyone who doesn’t think or believe the things the Left wants them to, is immediately under close watch by the government.
That doesn’t sound like freedom at all.
