Americans have known that Biden isn’t all there. But this is irrefutable evidence.
And an incriminating video just showed who really runs the White House.
This country has gotten into a nasty mode of apathy.
We currently have a president that is either shouting when he speaks or trailing off into oblivion…
And a president who jokes about ice cream when speaking after school shootings:

No one will officially admit it, but talk to anybody around – even Democrats! – and they’ll admit that Biden is not all there.
But plenty accept it as a part of life now, instead of pointing it out.
Unfortunately for Biden, he can’t seem to help himself and stop pointing to the fact that his actions are scripted.
On Thursday, President Biden was heard asking a staffer for permission to “take a couple of questions” from the audience during a campaign rally in Michigan, leading other officials to swiftly whisk the press out of earshot.
“Can I take a couple questions?” Biden, 81, asked a female staffer while meeting with fans and campaign volunteers on the front porch of a Saginaw city council member’s house.
“Yeah, we’re going to take a few questions,” the staffer said.
The staffer’s remark appears to have served as a signal to three other aides, who quickly began herding the reporters who were already positioned on the sidewalk approximately 20 feet away.
“Thank you, press … back in the vehicles,” they shouted, escorting the media away before Biden could take any questions.

It’s the second time this week that Biden, who has given the fewest official interviews and news conferences of any contemporary president, has asked to answer questions.
On Monday, after wrapping up his speech to an audience at the New Hampshire Democratic headquarters in Manchester, the commander-in-chief inquired, “Am I allowed to take any questions?”
“Anybody here a sta–” Biden continued, presumably ready to say “staff” before trailing off, as the audience chuckled.
A staff member swiftly intervened, and said, “Thank you, press,” before the camera feed from the event shut out.
Biden has also regularly warned crowds that he will be “in trouble” for answering any unapproved questions.
In one viral instance, Biden was unable to address questions on Afghanistan at the White House Easter Egg Roll in April 2022 when one of his staffers, dressed in an Easter Bunny costume, interrupted and whisked him away.
Some on social media were upset by the Biden campaign’s apparent refusal to take public questions in front of reporters.
“This is bad. Really bad. They’ve told his staff not to let him open his mouth,” conservative columnist Buzz Patterson wrote on X, in response to video footage of the Saginaw event.
“Trump would’ve walked out and spoken spontaneously for an hour.”
