Texas is in a dire situation, and the federal government has made it clear they do not care. But no one expected this.

Because Greg Abbott cried out for relief amidst a massive crisis.

Things on the southern border are rapidly escalating, and with Texas standing alone against the federal government, many Americans are worried for the future.

Last week, 25 governors announced their support of Texas, and many of them have sent aid in some form or another.

However, now Texas has received a lifeline from a true patriot governor.

Florida will send additional resources to assist Texas in securing its southern border, Governor Ron DeSantis announced on Thursday.

This move comes amid ongoing tensions between the Biden administration and border states over border security and barrier construction.

“Florida has been assisting at the southern border since 2021, and we are sending more support from both the Florida State Guard and up to one battalion of the Florida National Guard,” DeSantis stated.

He further clarified that “their mission will be to assist Texas in erecting barriers at the border.”

This announcement coincides with Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s reaffirmation of his state’s commitment to building border barriers, even if it means defying federal directives.

In a recent interview, Abbott expressed his skepticism about the possibility of federal intervention and asserted that Texas “will continue exactly what we’ve been doing over the past month, and that is building these barriers.”

He said, “we are prepared in the event that that unlikely event does occur to make sure that we will be able to continue exactly what we’ve been doing.”

Abbott further stated that “If Joe Biden federalizes our National Guard, that would be the biggest political blunder that you can make, and that’s why I think he will not do it.”

Abbott has consistently emphasized border security as a top priority for his administration, reiterating this stance in statements to various media outlets.

He views the potential federalization of the Texas National Guard as a “political blunder” and expects the Biden administration to refrain from such action.

This decision by Florida follows a recent Supreme Court ruling allowing Border Patrol agents to remove sections of existing razor-wire barriers along the Rio Grande.

This ruling sparked controversy and further fueled debate surrounding border security measures.

The governors of Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming have openly supported Texas as well.

And House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has also come out to vocally support Texas.

“I stand with Governor Abbott,” he said.

“The House will do everything in its power to back him up.”

Americans across the nation are standing alongside Texas in support against Joe Biden and his destruction of America.
