The radical Left is doing everything in its power to harm Trump. They have proven that they are willing to do whatever it takes to prevent him from taking office again.
But now, Trump is in danger after the most recent attack from the Left.
Following the Supreme Court’s 9-0 decision to allow Trump to remain on the ballot in Colorado and other states, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) stated on CNN that he is collaborating with other Democratic members of Congress to remove GOP front-runner Donald Trump from the ballot through legislation.
“I am working with a number of my colleagues including Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Eric Swalwell to revive legislation that we had to set up a process by which we could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by section three of the 14th Amendment.”
“And the House of Representatives already impeached Donald Trump for participating in insurrection by inciting it. So, the House has already pronounced upon that,” Raskin added.
This declaration coincides with the Supreme Court’s 9-0 decision to let Trump to stay on the ballot after a Colorado dispute.
Because of the Supreme Court’s decision, additional states like Maine that have declared they would prevent Trump from running for office will be impacted.
According to the Court’s ruling, “if States were free to enforce Section 3 by barring candidates from running in the first place, Congress would be forced to exercise its disability removal power before voting begins if it wished for its decision to have any effect on the current election cycle.”
“Perhaps a State may burden congressional authority in such a way when it exercises its ‘exclusive’ sovereign power over its own state offices.”
They did say that “it is implausible to suppose that the Constitution affirmatively delegated to the States the authority to impose such a burden on congressional power with respect to candidates for federal office.”
The Court declared that the Colorado petitioners had failed to provide evidence of any “tradition of state enforcement of section 3 against federal officeholders or candidates in the years following ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
Although the Supreme Court made it clear that states could not keep Trump off the ballot, those on the radical Left are already jumping at the next thing in line to keep Trump out.

It does not matter how many times Trump wins in court or any other place…the radical Left will not stop coming after him.
They are terrified that he will protect America and ensure that the Left cannot destroy this great nation.
We must not allow these absurd cases to continue.
The Left is trying to dismantle our Democracy in any way they can.
We must fight back.
