Under the leadership of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the American economy has shown a disturbing trend of favoring foreign-born workers over native-born Americans. This trend, revealed in the latest Bureau of Labor Statistics report, raises serious concerns about the administration’s economic policies and their impact on American workers.

According to the data, there are 1.2 million fewer Americans holding jobs compared to the same period last year. In stark contrast, 1.3 million more foreign-born workers have found employment.
This shift suggests that the majority of job growth under the Biden-Harris administration is benefiting newly arrived migrants, not native-born citizens.
E.J. Antoni, an economist at the Heritage Foundation, highlighted this issue in an interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Saturday. Antoni noted that there are fewer native-born Americans working now than there were five years ago, even before the COVID-19 pandemic.
This indicates that all job growth seen under Biden and Harris has been going to foreign-born workers, a category that includes illegal aliens according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The trend of jobs going to migrants over Americans has continued unabated under the current administration.
Steven Camarota at the Center for Immigration Studies published research in June suggesting that about 75 percent of all job growth in the United States since 2019 has gone to foreign-born workers.
This is a clear indication that the Biden-Harris administration’s policies are disproportionately benefiting migrants at the expense of American workers.
Labor participation rates for working-class American men are also in decline. Antoni criticized the administration, stating, “What the Biden-Harris administration has really done is turn the American labor market into, essentially, a kind of temp agency for foreigners, and Americans be damned. What we have is Americans losing jobs and those jobs then going to the foreign-born. It’s a very, very disturbing trend.”
The United States admits more than one million legal immigrants on green cards annually, with about 70 percent arriving solely because they have family already living in the country.
Additionally, another million arrive every year on temporary work visas. The situation is exacerbated by the millions who have crossed the U.S.-Mexico border since Biden and Harris took office.
These immigration policies are straining the American labor market and making it more difficult for native-born Americans to find and keep jobs.
The economic policies of the Biden-Harris administration have been nothing short of disastrous for American workers. The prioritization of foreign-born workers over native-born Americans is just one aspect of the broader economic mismanagement that has characterized their time in office.
Inflation remains high, wages are stagnating, and the cost of living continues to rise, squeezing the middle class and making it harder for American families to make ends meet.

If Harris were to take the reins, it’s clear that the situation would only worsen, given her track record and policy positions.

Trump’s “America First” economic policies aimed to reduce illegal immigration, prioritize American jobs, and bring back manufacturing to the United States.
Under his leadership, the economy saw robust job growth, increased wages, and a significant reduction in unemployment rates for all Americans, including minorities.
Trump’s policies emphasized the importance of securing the borders, enforcing immigration laws, and renegotiating trade deals to benefit American workers.
These measures not only strengthened the economy but also ensured that job growth benefited native-born Americans rather than foreign-born workers.
The Biden-Harris administration’s economic policies have clearly failed to serve the best interests of American workers. The alarming trend of job growth favoring foreign-born workers over native-born Americans is a direct result of their misguided and ineffective policies.
As the country faces ongoing economic challenges, it is imperative to recognize the stark difference between the current administration’s approach and the “America First” policies of Donald Trump and the Republican Party.
