The radical Left can’t believe it. Barack Obama did the one thing you can’t do in their eyes.
And this ex-CNN host had an aneurysm on camera over what Obama just did with Donald Trump.
Don Lemon’s Latest Meltdown: The Former CNN Anchor’s Expletive-Filled Crusade Against Civility
Less than two weeks after his initial outburst over President-elect Donald Trump, Don Lemon is back at it, unleashing another profanity-laden rant on his self-titled YouTube show.
This time, Lemon’s ire was directed at Morning Joe co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, who dared to suggest—even briefly—that it might be worth treating the incoming 47th president with a shred of civility. The couple’s Friday segment, which aired on MSNBC, featured guests Michael Steele and Susan Glasser of The New Yorker. While Steele and Scarborough entertained the possibility of toning down the political vitriol, Glasser decided to compare Trump to Vladimir Putin, warning against showing the president-elect any semblance of respect.
Lemon pounced on the exchange, particularly honing in on Scarborough and Brzezinski. Referring to the duo’s infamous November meeting with Trump at Mar-a-Lago, Lemon fumed over their suggestion of extending an olive branch to the former president.
“You have to indicate to the American people that this is not normal… grinning with someone that you have called a fascist over the last couple of years and the last months. That’s not normal,” Lemon railed.
He continued, “Folks are tired of the behavior being normalized. Civility does not mean befriending people or forgoing your morals and your principles and your character.”
But Lemon didn’t stop there. He erupted in a crescendo of vulgarity, saying, “If someone disrespects my loved one, I don’t have to smile in their f–king face! And they’re going to know it. If Ted Cruz can’t stand up for his wife that Donald Trump calls ugly, then who is he going to stand up for?”
The disgraced former CNN anchor also aimed his rage at former President Barack Obama. Obama had been seen engaging in polite conversation with Trump at former President Jimmy Carter’s funeral, a moment of dignity Lemon clearly couldn’t abide.
“Barack Obama is a classy guy. But these are the very same MAGA people who have called—and Donald Trump has helped promote—calling Michelle Obama a man,” Lemon bellowed. “I’m not smiling in your face if you’re calling my sister and my mother or my wife or my girlfriend a man. F–k you!”
This wasn’t Lemon’s first foray into unrestrained profanity. Just weeks ago, he went viral for another YouTube meltdown, this time over Trump supporters’ outrage about the government issuing H1-B visas for foreign workers.
“Oh my gosh, I love this. Now you’re finding out, you dumb f–king idiots. Now you’re just figuring this sh-t out. You’re so f–king stupid, and you deserve it. And you f–king deserve it because you’re so dumb,” Lemon said. “You have been co-opted because you’re in a f–king cult, and you don’t even realize it because you have stupid MAGA brain, and you don’t get it. How stupid and dumb are you?”
The Left’s Descent into Madness Over Trump
Don Lemon’s rants are just a symptom of a broader issue: the Left’s growing hysteria over anything remotely related to Donald Trump. Since his rise in 2016, Leftists have abandoned reason and civility in their efforts to demonize the man and anyone who supports him.
What started as vehement political opposition has morphed into a full-blown obsession. From college campuses to mainstream media outlets, Trump Derangement Syndrome has taken hold. Policies and ideas are no longer debated—Trump and his supporters are simply labeled “fascists” and “cultists” without a second thought.
Figures like Lemon exemplify this deranged mindset. Instead of engaging in constructive dialogue or offering a vision for the country’s future, they resort to vulgar insults and personal attacks. Their rhetoric not only alienates moderates but also erodes the very foundations of civil discourse.
What’s more, the Left’s hypocrisy is staggering. For years, they have preached tolerance and unity, yet their treatment of Trump and his supporters reveals the opposite. From public shaming campaigns to relentless smear jobs, their actions betray an intolerance that runs deep.
It’s no wonder Americans are tired of this behavior. The unhinged reactions, the name-calling, the inability to move on—it’s all a sad reflection of a political movement that has lost its way. Instead of obsessing over Donald Trump, perhaps the Left should take a long look in the mirror and figure out how to reconnect with the American people.
