The mainstream media has always hated Trump supporters. But they’ve gone too far this time.
Because what this MSNBC host just said about Trump supporters has Americans furious.
MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski Lashes Out At Trump Supporters For Criticism of Harris’s Articulation
On Friday, MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski passionately defended Vice President Kamala Harris against critics who claim she lacks articulateness in discussing policy. Her comments came after former President Donald Trump addressed the Detroit Economic Club on Thursday, where he proposed renegotiating the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade agreement and suggested making interest on car loans tax-deductible.
Brzezinski criticized Trump’s speech, stating, “I would not grace that with the phrase ‘word salad.’ That just made no sense. And I just don’t understand anybody right now who could watch him talk and say, ‘Yeah, he definitely makes more sense than the alternative.’” She expressed frustration at commentators who insist that Harris should be doing more, challenging them to provide constructive suggestions: “Okay, more than everything she’s doing? Fine, give me your ideas.”
Brzezinski highlighted the incoherence of Trump’s rhetoric, referencing a disjointed moment from his speech: “Grocery, the stomach is speaking? Elon’s rocket ships. Cylinders, circles, beautiful circles. What the hell? I mean, that’s like an epic weave that he talks about, but his weaves aren’t brilliant.” She described Trump as an “aging bullsh*t artist,” underscoring her disbelief that anyone could perceive him as more articulate than Harris.
The host continued her defense by asserting Harris’s qualifications: “There is something wrong with people who can watch that and think the alternative, Kamala Harris, isn’t more articulate, more prepared, more experienced, more able to… deliver a message to the American people on a certain policy. You know she can.”
Brzezinski acknowledged that Harris has shifted away from some of her more progressive positions on issues such as health care and gun control since her campaign for the 2020 Democratic nomination. She also noted Harris’s struggles during a recent 60 Minutes interview when pressed on these changes.
“If you can’t believe it, and this is your choice, you’re lying to yourself and you’re going to ruin this country,” Brzezinski declared. She warned that those who support Trump while dismissing Harris are making a grave mistake: “That’s your — it’s going to be on you. Because there’s no way you can watch that or any of his speeches and get anything out of it except for a hateful, racist, bigoted, tired, aging, branding— I wouldn’t say genius — branding-obsessed narcissist.”
Harris’s policy details have sometimes lacked clarity, that’s just indisputable. Brzezinski’s lashing out just highlights how truly obsessed the media is with going after Trump and his supporters even if it means being unfair and biased towards a candidate or a political party.
Harris Interviews Have Not Been Going Well At All
The evidence of Kamala Harris’s lack of articulation is in the pudding. Anytime she’s in front of the camera, she leaves viewers wondering what in the world she was just going on about. She defaults to these talking points she has that don’t even make sense in the context of her interview or the question she was asked.
Her interviews with Stephen Colbert and on 60 Minutes left a lot to be desired, no doubt. Any arguing with this is just ignoring reality. Even her supporters are left with their heads low and faces in palms.

MSNBC’s defense that “Trump does it too” makes no sense as well. The reason Trump supporters stick with him is because they view him as the only candidate that isn’t entirely a part of the political machine from the era of the Clintons, the Bushes, and the Obamas. Kamala Harris has no such connection with Americans, so it hurts her more to give these laughably bad interviews.
That’s just the way the cookie crumbles.
