Biden-Harris admin move to allow non-citizens to vote in stunning turn of events

Conservatives have worried for years that this is what Democrats have wanted all along. Now they’re saying the quiet part out loud.

And the Biden-Harris admin is moving to allow non-citizens to vote in a stunning turn of events.

In yet another move to undermine election integrity, the Biden administration has launched a lawsuit against Virginia, targeting the state’s attempt to clean up its voter rolls by removing noncitizens.

This aggressive legal action is yet another example of how Biden and his administration prioritize political optics over fair elections.

Their lawsuit claims that Virginia’s effort to ensure only eligible citizens are voting violates a federal law by making changes to the rolls too close to an election.

Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin, who ordered state officials to conduct “daily updates” to remove ineligible voters — including noncitizens and felons — has faced harsh pushback from the Biden-Harris Department of Justice.

The fact that the DOJ is fighting to keep noncitizens on voter rolls speaks volumes about this administration’s willingness to bend the rules in their favor.

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke, toeing the Biden-Harris line, argued, “By canceling voter registrations within 90 days of Election Day, Virginia places qualified voters in jeopardy of being removed from the rolls and creates the risk of confusion for the electorate.”

But in reality, it seems the real confusion is why this administration is so keen on keeping ineligible voters on the rolls.

Governor Youngkin fired back, pointing out that Virginia is simply enforcing a 2006 law — signed by Democrat Governor Tim Kaine — that requires noncitizens to be removed from the voter lists.

He slammed the lawsuit as politically motivated, stating:

“With less than 30 days until the election, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice is filing an unprecedented lawsuit against me and the Commonwealth of Virginia, for appropriately enforcing a 2006 law… I will not stand idly by as this politically motivated action tries to interfere in our elections, period.”

Youngkin’s administration has removed over 6,000 noncitizens from Virginia’s voter rolls between January 2022 and July 2024.

Despite the DOJ’s interference, these actions occurred before the so-called “quiet period” before elections, highlighting just how desperate Biden and his team are to gain control over state-led election procedures.

But the DOJ’s lawsuit doesn’t just stop in Virginia.

The administration is also targeting Alabama for its efforts to clean up its own voter rolls, claiming that over 3,000 names were moved to an inactive list based on state records indicating noncitizen status.

The lengths to which Biden’s DOJ is going to keep noncitizens on voting rolls raises troubling questions about their commitment to upholding federal laws that prohibit noncitizens from voting in national elections.

At the end of the day, it’s clear that the Biden-Harris administration’s actions aren’t about protecting democracy, but about preserving any advantage they can squeeze out, even if it means fighting states like Virginia and Alabama for simply trying to ensure that only eligible citizens are participating in U.S. elections.
