The Trump administration has only just begun. But what’s happening behind the scenes will surprise you.
Because CNN just discovered jaw-dropping news about President Trump.
The Fake News Media outlets can’t stand it when Donald Trump is doing well and succeeding. They’ve spent close to a decade now running a propaganda machine designed to smear and discredit Donald Trump with every step he takes. Of course, they would have preferred he never became president again, but that didn’t work out for the radical Left despite their best efforts.
Now, with Trump back in office, the Fake News Media is trying to take the angle that Donald Trump’s actions in the White House have been erratic and “unpopular” with the American people. That’s funny because he’s just doing what he promised he would on the campaign trail, so it’s not like the American people are even surprised by these actions.
Regardless, they are wrong. CNN, one of Donald Trump’s biggest haters, has learned from their own internal surveys that Trump is enjoying high approval ratings from the American people so far. Higher than anyone, especially at CNN, would have been expecting at this point. The narrative that Trump is being a “dictator” who is just unpopular is yet another lie. Meanwhile, Democrats are facing extinction with approval ratings so low, they threaten the future of the Party. These two polling results have been corroborated by many independent sources, as well.
Trump’s Second Term Gains Voter Approval Amid Aggressive Agenda Push
A fresh survey released on Monday reveals that President Donald Trump’s leadership in his second term enjoys the backing of most voters, signaling a strong start for his administration. According to Rasmussen Reports’ “Presidential Tracking” poll, 52% of those surveyed approve of Trump’s job performance, while just 46% express disapproval. This comes as the president has moved swiftly to enact his ambitious plans, issuing over 90 executive orders in a mere three months—a pace that demonstrates his commitment to delivering on campaign promises.
Digging into the numbers, the poll shows a polarized yet balanced sentiment: 38% of voters “strongly approve” of Trump’s efforts, matched by an equal 38% who “strongly disapprove.” This split suggests that while Trump’s decisive actions resonate with many, they continue to divide opinions across the country. Still, the overall approval rating offers a clear sign that his approach is finding favor with a majority, despite a flurry of media reports claiming some of his 2024 supporters are wavering. Contrary to those narratives, multiple polls in recent weeks affirm that Americans largely stand behind Trump’s performance in his early second-term days.
The Rasmussen survey, based on telephone interviews with 300 likely voters each night and averaged over five days, carries a margin of error of plus or minus 2.5 percentage points at a 95% confidence level. With a sample of 1,500 likely voters, the data paints a reliable picture of public sentiment as of March 24, 2025.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party faces a steep climb to regain its footing with the American public. A separate CNN poll, conducted by SSRS from March 6-9, pegs the party’s favorability at a dismal 29%—a new low that highlights the challenges ahead. The survey, which included 1,206 respondents and a margin of error of plus or minus 3.3 points at 95% confidence, points to a growing disconnect between Democrats and everyday voters. This struggle has only deepened since Trump’s decisive election win, leaving the party scrambling to find its voice.
In a February 18 memo, Democratic National Committee chairman Ken Martin acknowledged this perception crisis, admitting that the party is increasingly seen as the “party of elites.” That label has stuck as Democrats fail to rally around a cohesive message, a weakness that stands in stark contrast to the Trump administration’s clear and assertive direction.
To counter this, prominent Democrats like Minnesota Governor Tim Walz—Kamala Harris’ 2024 running mate—have hit the road in March, holding town halls across the country, with a focus on red districts. Alongside other national committees and left-leaning lawmakers, they’re working to rebuild trust, but the early returns suggest they’re fighting an uphill battle.
For the Trump administration, the polling data serves as a validation of its fast-moving agenda. With more than 90 executive orders already signed, the president has wasted no time reshaping policy and governance to align with his vision. This aggressive approach, far from alienating his base, appears to be cementing support among voters who see it as proof of his determination to lead. As Democrats grapple with their own identity crisis, Trump’s second term is off to a running start, buoyed by a public that, for now, approves of the path he’s charting.
