Holt pointed out, “You haven’t been to the border,” to which Harris awkwardly responded, “And I haven’t been to Europe. I mean I don’t understand the point that you’re making.” This blunder was widely criticized and remains a blemish on her public communication record.
In light of this, it’s not surprising that her communications team might be hesitant to put her in front of the camera again, especially on contentious issues like immigration.
