The Democrat party is falling apart, and it seems nothing will change that. But even so, people still did not think that things were quite this bad.

And bombshell Kamala developments uncover just how bad things are in the White House.

It’s been over two weeks since President Joe Biden abruptly stepped down from his reelection campaign, catapulting Vice President Kamala Harris to the forefront of the Democratic ticket.

Despite this significant development, Harris has remained conspicuously absent from the press, sparking widespread concern and speculation about her readiness for the top job.

In this critical period, Harris has not sat down for a single long-form interview, nor have any been announced. This absence is puzzling, especially given the flurry of major events that have dominated the news cycle recently.

From escalating tensions in the Middle East to domestic economic challenges, the American public is in dire need of hearing from their new presumptive nominee.

The major news networks, known for their eagerness to engage with key political figures, have undoubtedly reached out to Harris’ campaign. Yet, the silence from her camp remains unbroken.

This is a stark contrast to President Biden, who, despite his reluctance to engage with the press during his presidency, sat down with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos in early July, just before exiting the race.

On Monday, President Biden ignored questions from the press regarding the stock market and the volatile situation in the Middle East as he made his way from Marine One to a meeting with his national security team.

This evasive behavior is concerning enough, but Harris’ complete absence from the public eye is even more alarming.

Harris’ previous interactions with the press have often been problematic. Her infamous 2021 interview with NBC’s Lester Holt comes to mind, where she fumbled a straightforward question about visiting the southern border.

Holt pointed out, “You haven’t been to the border,” to which Harris awkwardly responded, “And I haven’t been to Europe. I mean I don’t understand the point that you’re making.” This blunder was widely criticized and remains a blemish on her public communication record.

In light of this, it’s not surprising that her communications team might be hesitant to put her in front of the camera again, especially on contentious issues like immigration. Harris was previously dubbed the “border czar,” a title that came with the daunting task of addressing the surge in illegal immigration.

Given the administration’s ongoing struggles with this issue, it’s understandable why her team would want to avoid revisiting this topic.

Another factor contributing to Harris’ media shyness is her propensity for delivering vague and often confusing statements. During a 2022 interview with NBC, she famously said, “It is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day. Every day it is time for us to agree that there are things and tools that are available to us to slow this thing down.” Such incoherent responses do little to instill confidence in her leadership abilities.

Despite her reluctance to engage with the press, Harris’ campaign has enjoyed relatively positive coverage from legacy media outlets.

However, this honeymoon phase with the public is unlikely to last if she continues to avoid substantive engagement with the media.

With Election Day fast approaching, the pressure is mounting for Harris to step out of the shadows and address the American people directly. It’s not just about campaigning; it’s about demonstrating that she has the competence and fortitude to lead the nation through turbulent times.

The American public deserves to hear her plans, her vision, and her responses to the pressing issues of the day.

The silence from Harris’ camp is not just a strategic misstep; it’s a disservice to the democratic process. Voters need transparency and accountability from their leaders, especially in the midst of an election cycle.

Harris’ refusal to engage with the press raises serious questions about her readiness to assume the highest office in the land.

The clock is ticking, and the voters deserve nothing less than full transparency and engagement from their potential future president.
